SellSpace9ja does not currently operate a separate support email, phone line, or ticketing service. Use the in-product routes below so your issue reaches the part of the marketplace that can handle it.
Account suspension or review
If your account is temporarily suspended and you are eligible for review, open Account and use the Account review section. Submitting a request does not automatically restore access.
Listing or seller safety concern
Use the report control on the relevant listing or accepted negotiation when it is available. Do not include passwords, OTPs, banking-login details, or other sensitive credentials in a report.
Offer or transaction issue
Open Offers and select the relevant negotiation. SellSpace9ja helps with marketplace discovery and negotiation but does not hold or recover marketplace item payments.
