SellSpace9ja can process information you provide for authentication and profile use, such as your email address, name or public display name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and marketplace location preferences.

Authentication and marketplace records are supported by Supabase infrastructure. SellSpace9ja does not expose authentication secrets through public marketplace pages.

We process information needed for Moving Sales, listings, photos and optional condition videos, offers, counteroffers, negotiations, accepted transactions, reservations, reservation releases, notifications, and notification preferences.

Listing and transaction history may remain available where needed for marketplace integrity, safety review, or audit history even after a reservation ends.

The seller sees the accepted buyer's public display name, but SellSpace9ja does not automatically reveal the buyer's private phone, WhatsApp number, or email to the seller.

An accepted buyer completes the Safe Pickup acknowledgement before the product can reveal seller phone or WhatsApp contact that the seller has provided. Access can be removed when a protected transaction is no longer eligible, including certain moderation or reservation-release events.

SellSpace9ja processes listing reports, eligible account reports, moderation actions, account appeals, suspension or ban records, and related audit history to investigate safety issues and reduce abuse.

Reporter identity and private contact information are not shown to the reported user through normal marketplace reporting notices. Moderation evidence can be retained when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.

User-requested account deletion can use anonymization or removal rules that differ from a permanent moderation ban. A permanent ban may retain limited account, transaction, report, and moderation records needed to enforce safety decisions and prevent abuse.

Large marketplace media may be subject to a separate retention/cleanup policy. SellSpace9ja will not claim that every record is immediately destroyed when an account is banned.

SellSpace9ja can use first-party cookies or browser storage for core marketplace behavior such as sessions and remembered marketplace-location experience. These mechanisms should be limited to actual product needs.

SellSpace9ja uses application and database access controls intended to limit who can access protected information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, or banking-login credentials through marketplace content.

SellSpace9ja does not currently use the sale of personal information to advertisers or third parties as part of its business model.
